The Administrative Assistant to the Pastor of Campuses (AAPOC) provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Pastor of Campuses in the leadership of multisite strategy, campus expansion, and oversight of campus pastors. This role is critical in ensuring that communication, organization, and execution of systems and initiatives are carried out with excellence and alignment to the church’s mission. This position plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting scalable, Spirit-led growth and healthy campus operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
This role is suitable for both male and female applicants who feel led to apply and have the skills and experience desired for this position. In order to be considered for this role, the applicant must: 
  • Be a committed follower of Jesus Christ and supportive of the beliefs, mission, vision, and values, of Mercy Church
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support, project coordination, or related field—preferably in a church or nonprofit setting.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Have proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Accept and agree with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
RESPONSIBILITITES
In this role, you will provide vital support to the Pastor of Campuses, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of multisite operations. From managing calendars, meetings, and confidential communications to assisting with campus pastor collaboration, strategic initiatives, and expansion efforts, you will play a key role in keeping the ministry organized and moving forward. This position also involves project management for new campus launches and events, maintaining accurate records and metrics, and fostering alignment across all campuses through clear communication and thoughtful coordination.

Compensation: salary is commensurate with experience
